1. What is Memorial Uniforms’s return policy?


If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have ordered, you may contact us by email (memorialuniforms@sbcglobal.net) within 15 days of receiption of your order for an Exchange.
We will issue a Return Authorization for you.

Shoe sales are Final, Please try them on at the store if Possible.

Laundered garments are not returnable unless they are defective.

Embroidered garments and engraved equipment are not exchangeable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment or engraving your equipment.

All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags attached.

Customer pays for shipping to and from the store.

If the merchandise is defective, return shipping and replacement shipping is paid by Memorial Uniforms.
